First Wedding Ring Commission/Erste Eherringe Auftrag...
My "5 Corners" rings were given off to the happy recipients, a couple celebrating their 12th anniversary who have been wanting new and original rings for a long time. Apparently they were immediately drawn to these and loved them. I am overwhelmingly flattered.
claireifications: The rings are both made of 925 Silver, one of them with a thin 999 Gold sheet soldered around the outer frame. Both rings are stamped with the original wedding date and name of spouse. The blackened, or "antiqued," color is due to a chemical reaction which neither comes off or is damaging to skin. I love this effect, btw...

A new beginning...
Anybody else love that intro to the Beatles Anthology? It's to get you warmed up for a real treat...
This is a test-post. I plan to post more inspirational/creative journeys than the actual finished product (which will go on the REAL website... www.claireselby.com). I hope it will prove fun for both me and you!
